Yarn Club Terms and Conditions
The colourways created for all yarn clubs excluding the Sock Club are exclusive colourways that will not be repeated. The quantities of yarn are set, as described in the Club description, and more cannot be created.
For Sock Clubs, the colourways included in the club will be a combination of new and existing colourways that can be repeated. That is, these colourways are not exclusive only to the Sock Club.
For all clubs, there are no refunds or exchanges if you don't like the colourways given. It's part of the excitement of the club, not knowing what you will get!
All recipients of the clubs receive the same products within the scope of the options chosen (eg. everyone purchasing a 3 Skein Sock Club will end up with the same yarn and colourways as each other).
All care is taken to create a quality product. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, I want to do what I can to give you what you're looking for.
If there is a clear fault that is not fixable I am happy to replace the yarn or refund you. Please note that milling industry standards allow for up to three knots/joins per 100g skein so this does not constitute a fault. (There will rarely be any knots in your yarn and it would be extremely rare to find three, so if you find any more than two please let me know!)
Goods will only be refunded or exchanged once I have received and checked them.
If you would like a refund or an exchange please contact me within three days by email of receiving your purchase. The yarn you have purchased needs to be returned to me, at your own cost, in pristine condition as when purchased and not having been exposed to smoke.
Shipping costs are not refundable and the buyer bears the cost of the return shipping.
In all other instances sales are final.
